Well, by A+ I mean Audirvana Plus program running on Mac OSX. So question is which OSX version gives me the best of Direct and SyS modes on that program? Also, docking station I don't want to use and save the space on the desk, so in that case should I use a converter from Lighning/USB-C towards USB-B connector? If so, which one preferably? Which Mac I should consider, is still M1 a good option and investment in your opinion?

Hello guys, I own old Macbook unibody 2008 aluminum one and would like to finally move to something new, but not so expensive and preferable to music streaming. I am using on my old Mac A+ with USB Supra cable connection toward Rega DAC. Would to move to newer Mac OSX and newer hardware, but which one do you recommend? Newer Macs don't have USB, so what I should use and also I would like to have maximum A+ support in terms of Integer and Sys modes. How to connect and which one chipset M1/M2/M3 you'd like to recommend please and why? Long time no see here, so greeting guys from Polnad ;-)

Superb avant-rock jazz! Mastering is not so good, loud as for the jazz record, but listenable. I don't know why Blue Note recent releases suffer from loudness wars! Is it that Don don't care anymore about sound quality?
