Oh dear, you didn't watch the YT review of Kind of Blue I posted 🖕

Moving on from Magnepan... better choice for small room?

Sure as long as the speakers are linear, if not you will miss out on the subtle details in the music that are key to making it work or not. -

Yes Spatial sounds like what I've heard at shows, probably not as linear as your Maggies which maybe a trade-off too far. Seems like this youtuber just discovered the benefits of a more linear performance while reviewing Perlisten speakers. Maybe try smaller Maggies and a couple of subs? -
I have trust issues with a company that chose a name so close to an established competitor.

Something can be gleaned from this maybe: -
So you switched to the Good side, well done!
-
Do you by chance have access to the recording above, do you think it sounds great?
-
This issue here is MoFo were dishonest and anyone supporting their position is either naive or also a dishonest person.
-
Sure, not everyone is so susceptable to digital distortion.
-
-
Thing is, digital files can have distortion baked into them and sometimes the process of mastering to vinyl filters out the distortion, hence better sound.
-
What's your reference, I mean how do you know what a piano should sound like for example?
-
It is a conspiracy, luckily post lockdown one can attend live performances to hear how music should sound.
-
Been listening on my Android phone a lot recently and the SQ seems to have improved quite a bit over the summer or maybe I'm hearing things?🙄
-
Some digital masters actually sound better on vinyl though, so assuming you want the best sound, a turntable is a must.

Yes there are collectors that seem less interested in the music but the albums you mention are examples of analogue recordings with inferior digital equivalents IMO. At least these older albums were well recorded, modern records not so much.
-
Er, he's touching the medium in both cases as they're both records. Do you have an AAA LP and a DSD file, how do they compare?
-
Why do you think guys like this prefer AAA versions? DSD has a reputation of being overly smooth in some quarters.
-
Eh? How about you compare your digital version of this album that you were raving about to this clip of the record played back on a budget turntable.
-
Yes I was going to suggest Harbeth or Spendor, which model depends on his room and listening distance.
