JayDog
I bought a DAC from Amazon. I was told that the clock would not make any difference. To each their own. I am enjoying the Mutec. Superdad 1 Link to comment
Mops911
Can I feed a device upstream a ER and downstream of a ER with the same Mutec clock, or, are the outputs galvanicly isolated? Link to comment

Unlike a number of other brands, the multiple outputs of Mutec REF10 series clocks are extremely well isolated, with special circuits that include tiny custom transformers. So yes, you can use a Mutec clock simultaneously for devices both upstream and downstream of an EtherREGEN (as well as for the EtherREGEN itself) without defeating the EtherREGEN’s special active-differential isolation and reclocking “moat.” Mops911 1 UpTone Audio LLC Link to comment
Popular Post artofaudio
Alex, I look forward to getting the Mutec Nano to clock with my Hifi Rose RS-130 and ER. The darn thing sounds so good that I can only imagine what the Mutec will bring to the table. Down the line I will add the new JS LPS 15v to the Mutec and I will be set for a while. Thanks for you help as always. Superdad and JayDog 1 1 Link to comment

Thanks for you help as always. You are going to love it. If you read through the full thread, it takes a SOLID 2 weeks to get to potential and WILL improve over 2-3 months. It looks like you have dual external clock inputs 50/70. The nano will handle this no problem. The RS-130 looks sweet, enjoy!!! Superdad 1 Link to comment
Popular Post Superdad
Received the following e-mail from a new REF10 Nano owner this morning. And he does own a popular clock from another firm. (Reprinted with his permission.) Holy $*#! Alex.. Only 30ish hours burn-in on the Ref 10 Nano clock so far..the SQ bump is incomparable to any other single upgrade I've done over decades of audiophilia-- amps, dacs, or speakers. Wow. Drinks on me next time! Thanks, Donnie L., Portland, Oregon Exocer, treitz3, Mops911 and 2 others 5 UpTone Audio LLC Link to comment
