After updating to Volumio 3.301 pops and cracks returned is there a new release on the ethernet update? Can you please share the latest link and instructions for v3.301? Thank you.

Hello everyone, I got an Allo Digione Signature on RPI 4 with 1GB Ram and Shanti PSU. I got Volumio V. 3.198. I only use Qobuz to listen to music. My music keeps freezing up after some time of play back. The sound bar keeps going but the music stops the menu gets unsreponsive. When it happens if you restart the digione signature it gets back to normal if you let it rest like that the music might start playing again after some time. I did a clean install on a new micro SD card recently just to eliminate any problems related to the card and previous install the problem keeps happening no matter I do. Also another problem is I got bunch of liked songs on Qobuz and when I try to play a song it starts playing the 3rd song down below the list of what I want to play. For example, If you want to play the 1st song on the list and click on play it starts playing the 3rd song. If you want to play the 10th song and click play on it and it starts playing the 13th. I own couple of DAC's and it happens with all of them no matter what I use. Could it be an insufficient RAM? What can I do and what I need to check to get this problem resolved? Please advise.

Hello ok it keeps comin back! I changed my DAC and installed an SMSL M500 MKii and pops and cracks are back also I have hiss while playing DSD. Could you please help? Also I ran the Volumio update so this could be the issue as well.

Hello everyone, I hope this is the right section to post this. This project is our 7 inch touchscreen Streamer with Allo Usbridge and a custom SMPS. Sounds awesome and looks really nice.

BTW I forgot to mention that I tried to install the old fix but it says it can't find the driver so there has to be a new fix for it.

I have just bought another usbridge signature and installed volumio V2.917 on it and just like the one I bought a year ago it does pops and cracks. Last time allo adamın made me run a fix but I think the fix might have been changed over time can you plase Providing the right fix for pops and cracks.

I have made this custom-made box with 7 inch touch screen for a customer with Usbridge Signature, an SMPS. He will be using it with an external DAC.

Hello I tried Moode Audio but it won't boot so I assumed the signature doesn't work well with it. I have not heard GentooPlayer64 I will check it out.

Hello people, I have decided to open this post here. When my usbridge Signature arrived I had some pops and cracks issues and Allo Admin made me run a fix through ssh and it solved the problem. However what I have been experiencing is some tizz and distortion in high frequencie range. It doesn't happen all the time I guess it depends on a certain high frequency range but especially some highher note electric guitars and solos etc. feels cracking, tizzing and some very undesired distortion. As soon as the the higher notes get down it dissapears. It happens in seconds. First I thought it might be my speakers, amp or DAC (SMSL m500) but I have tried RPI4 as a streaemer with volumio installed through USB with SMSL M500 and it doesn't do it. It has to be signature... Any solution or suggestion?

Well I think I was wrong with my initial post. I was too quick to judge it. Now I can play back DSD 512 without any problems. If you ask me what have I done different trust me I don't know :) I guess it was nood momemnt for me :). I want to experience Ropieee XL with roon soon. Thank you for your reply. Cheers!

If this is was covered somewhere else please forgive me as I did my best to search it... I got an SMSL M500 DAC and using with a Usbridge signature which I have purchased recently. I'm having problems with DSD playback. I'm using Volumio on USbridge and the higest DSD files I can play without any cracks or pops are DSD 128. I was wondering if is this the higest DSD format that USBridge Signature supports standalone with volumio on t? I have tried RPI 4 4gb with volumio installed and with audioquest jitterbug, iFi ipurifier 3 for better USB performance I was able to play DSD 512 through my SMSL M500 flawlessly without any problems. I know My DAC is capable of playing DSD 512 but I want a clear answer on the USbridge's DSD playback capability.

I will do some tests and listening and get back to you all if the undesired cracks and pops return! Thank you.
